Erika Dech has worked in the legal field for more than 25 years, primarily in employment and labor law. She joined PSFK Law in 1991 as a valued legal assistant. She holds an associate’s degree in Applied Science from Davenport University and a Certificate from the American Paralegal Institute of Legal Studies at Aquinas College. Erika loves a good challenge and finds great satisfaction in overcoming obstacles that others find daunting—at work and beyond. In her spare time, she enjoys golfing, travel, and spending time with friends and family.
